Are Your Employees Insured and Bonded?

Yes, all of our employees are fully insured and bonded. 


Are Your Employees Independent Workers?

No, our employees are not independent workers or 1099 contractors. Our staff are W2 employees of White Glove Cleaning.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Kindly provide 24 hours notice to cancel a cleaning. If there is a same day cancellation, we will charge 50% of your regular cleaning rate. 

Do I Need to be Present When the Cleaners are Cleaning?

No, clients do not need to be home when the cleaning takes place. Our employees will follow instructions to enter a home and lock up before they leave. 

What Happens if Items in my Home Are Broken?

If an item is confirmed to be broken by our staff, please call the office with a description of the item and send a picture to whiteglove92683@sbcglobal.net and we will discuss option to pay for or replace the item. 

How do the Cleaners Access My House?

You may provide White Glove Cleaning with instructions for entry, a copy of a key to hold on file for your residence, or simply be present when our staff arrives to let them into the home
